Every Northeast Resin creation is made with creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine love for handcrafted artistry.

We want your shopping experience to be just as special as the treasures you receive.

Order Processing & Shipping

Because our products are handcrafted, each order deserves careful preparation and packaging.

  • Order Processing & Shipping Preparation: Please allow approximately 5–6 business days for your handcrafted order to be prepared, packaged, and shipped.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard carrier delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays may occur beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package our creations before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help find an appropriate solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Northeast Resin treasures!

Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Standard Returns

For hygiene, personalization, and product-specific reasons, the following items are generally considered final sale:

  • Earrings and hair barrettes.

  • Personalized or custom-made creations.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance items or products marked final sale.

These exclusions do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective or incorrect products.

How to Request a Return

Please email marielynn9571@northeastresin.com with your order number and reason for the requested return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

A Special Note About Handmade Creations

One of the most beautiful things about handmade products is that no two pieces are exactly alike!

Small differences in patterns, colors, or finishes may naturally occur during the crafting process. These variations are part of what makes each Northeast Resin creation uniquely special.
